Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas Membership Application Terms
- All persons over 21 years of age may apply for membership to Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas (the “Venue”).
- To be considered for membership in the Venue, an applicant must apply for membership (the “Application”) via the application link that can be found here. Applications are accepted year-round.
- An identifiable and recent headshot must be included in the Application.
- A letter of recommendation from a current member is not required but encouraged.
- All sections of the Application must be completed for the Application to be submitted for consideration by the admissions advisory committee (the “Committee”) established by the Venue, in its sole and absolute discretion.
- The Committee has the sole and absolute discretion to approve or deny any application for membership.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Successful applicants for membership will be informed in writing via email and thereafter be subject to the rules surrounding the payment of the Venue’s fees. Future notices will be sent via email to the applicant’s or member’s email address on file with the Venue.
- The Venue’s current General Membership dues are $2,750 per annum plus applicable taxes and fees. General Members will also be responsible for payment of a non-refundable one-time initiation fee of $1,000. The Venue’s current Founding Membership dues are $7,500 per annum plus applicable taxes and fees. Founding Members will also be responsible for payment of a non-refundable one-time initiation fee of $50,000. The Venue retains the right to modify membership fees at any time.
- Persons who are prohibited from gaming in, or entering, a casino in the State of Nevada, and persons who have been banned or trespassed by the Venue or the Wynn and Encore Las Vegas resort, are not eligible for Venue membership. Persons who are enrolled in the Wynn Self-Exclusion Program will not be permitted to game in the Venue.
- Venue may terminate, suspend or limit any membership at any time and for any or no reason and with or without cause upon prior written notice.
- By applying for membership to the Venue, the applicant and/or member, as applicable, agrees that any information provided and/or collected in connection with the Venue is subject to the terms of the privacy policy (which is available here) and the member and/or applicant, as applicable, consents to the sharing of their personal and other information with affiliates and partners of Wynn Las Vegas, LLC, including, without limitation, Zero Bond, LLC.
- Subject to applicable legal requirements, members consent to receiving promotional and informational communications from Venue’s affiliates and partners. Members may withdraw consent for marketing and set communication preferences at any time by emailing privacy@wynnresorts.com, by following the unsubscribe instructions in the marketing message, or by logging in to their Venue membership account and updating their communication preferences.
- Members acknowledge and agree that membership in the Venue and its benefits are provided at the discretion of management and are subject to availability. Management reserves the right to unilaterally change, amend, suspend, cancel or terminate any aspect of the Venue, its benefits and/or its Terms and Conditions in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice for any or no reason.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
- By submitting an application to join the Venue, members and applicants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Accepted memberships are subject to all Membership Terms and Conditions, the Zero Bond Member Rule Book and other Venue rules as may be changed from time to time.
